Position:Retail Excellence Manager
Location: Ludhiana, Pune, Indore, Kolkata, Patna
Reporting to: Zonal Head
Retail Excellence Manager Job Responsibilities:
REM will predominantly manage the Mi Promoter and Mi Buddy programs for the offline channel. You will play an integral part in nurturing both programs while coordinating with the sales teams to execute the sell-out operations.
Retail Excellence Manager Job Duties:
.Prepare daily Productivity reports of MI Promoters MI Buddy Program
.Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers
.Prepare monthly PLA working for Promoters & TLs
.Coordination with the Sales Team to Execute the Sellout Operations
