Job Description
What youll be doing: Need to know MS office-word, ppt and excel well Will drive various activities like Audits (weekly, quarterly, WhatsApp, phone) Driving tasks from ASM checklist tasks Driving ASM calendar mapping, getting PJPs and their compliance, SOPs adherence Expiry and Nonmoving mapping Look at the NSOs happening on time and coordinating with all departments including ops for a successful and timely store launch Retail Maths training, coordinating store trainings on time and as per process Daily follow-ups with ops team which I am unable to do and dont want to do, drive NPS, drive mystery shopping/audits, recording and resolving ops escalations Coordinating with HR on departmental escalations and timely resolutions, view mock calls, track ops activities and submit compliances Managing bounce and footfalls reports at stores, coordinating with stores for various matters Participating in reviews to better understand business and do review follow-ups Coordinate NSOs with me for timely and quality launch, managing smaller version of reports for drives.3 days, 5daysas rest comes from BI/Data Team so dont want them to duplicate much on data Training evaluations at stores basis questionnaires, sharing all kinds of audit reports with stores and discussing with them for an improvement Drive special initiatives which ASMs have a band width issue, downloading and adhering SOPs Penning down Ops store operations SOPs over time once they themselves have a good hang of business in conjunction with ops and training
