About The Role
We are looking for an experienced CPD / Field Sales Executive to drive sales of personal-care FMCG products through retail channels. The role involves counter sales support, retailer coordination, and regular market visits. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to build strong client relationships.
(Industry: IT — working with FMCG personal-care clients)
Key Responsibilities
• Handle retail & counter sales for personal-care products
• Visit retailers regularly and generate orders
• Manage and service ~200 retail counters within the assigned area
• Work on General Trade (GT) channel — expand outlet coverage & add new retailers
• Ensure product display, visibility, and availability in stores
• Execute schemes/promotions and track sell-out
• Maintain strong coordination with clients, distributors, and retailers
• Plan market routes and ensure daily productive calls
• Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and collection targets
• Share accurate daily market and sales reports
Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG / Personal Care sales
• Experience in retail / counter / field sales (GT preferred)
• Strong communication & client-coordination skills
• Comfortable with field work and market visits
