• Operations Management
• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple outlets.
• Ensure efficiency in store setup, maintenance, and customer flow.
• Sales & Performance
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Optimize store interiors to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
• Team Development
• Lead, coach, and develop retail and design staff.
• Foster collaboration between operations, design, and sales teams.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure interiors reflect brand identity and deliver superior customer service.
• Implement feedback-driven improvements in store ambiance and layout.
• Budget & Resource Allocation
• Manage budgets for store design, fit-outs, and refurbishments.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance & Standards
• Maintain health & safety standards in all retail interiors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
