We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our Retail Banking team at Yes Bank Limited. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in drafting legal documents for loan agreements, mortgage deeds, guarantees, pledge deeds, and hypothecation deeds. You will also provide legal advisory services on title search reports for various properties and security perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with external law firms and government departments to address legal queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Providing expert advice on banking laws, transfer of property act, and companies act to support business growth and minimize risks.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in law, preferably with a mix of court and corporate experience.
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree or equivalent qualification.
