Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Leasing Executive located in Delhi. The Retail Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities including negotiating leases, lease administration, and market research. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining and managing lease records, and conducting market research to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the retail leasing market.
Requirements
• Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology, processes, and industry standards.
• Experience in Retail Leasing and Business
Development
• Ability and willingness to travel to different locations to conduct surveys and inspections for commercial real estate projects.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial Real estate and Retail.
• Knowledge of Bitrix software (preferred, but not required).
• Should possess good Communication Skills
• Should be familiar with MS Office
