Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our stores located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, and other cities.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining key relationships with Area Manager, Support office team, Retail Center Managements & other stores within the retail centers.
Interviewing and selection of shop members and supervisors.
Rostering including all breaks in accordance with company policy.
Overseeing the performance and quality of services provided by each shop member.
Reviewing the sales performance of shop(s) services and product turnover volume – Recommend and undertake repricing valuation or further promote & market underperforming services and products in accordance with market sentiment and profit margins.
Reporting and recommending sales and marketing initiatives.
Recommending staffing and seasonal promotional budget.
Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure each shop does not undergo any shortages.
Liaising with suppliers and Franchise office for stock ordering and any relevant matters.
Ensuring all shop members are aware and in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as well as Mister Minit's internal workplace safety and procedure policies.
Dealing with escalated customer queries and complaints.
As When Required Coaching and support for incoming & new franchise owners to achieve overall financial targets and operating standards in accordance with Mister Minit's Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
AQF recognized/equivalent Diploma of Business/Management or higher.
1-year full-time experience as a Retail Manager, OR Minimum 3+ years full-time experience as a Retail Manager.
Track record of leadership and management skills is required.
At least one trade knowledge and experience of our provided services is highly preferred.
