• Candidate must have minimum 5 experience in Mithai Industry
Store Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mithai store.
• Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh mithai.
• Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor sales and customer traffic to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
Staff Supervision and Training:
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
• Schedule work shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or training needs.
Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Train and encourage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Product Management:
• Maintain a diverse and appealing selection of mithai products and ensure product availability
• Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring that all items meet the store's standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and mithai products.
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Financial Management:
• Monitor and manage the store's financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as sales reports, inventory reports, and expense statements
