We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of this site.
About the Role
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Hahndorf site. Your key duties include:
Managing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with WHS and regulatory standards
Supervising, training, and rostering staff
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
Managing budgets, sales targets, and financial reporting
Ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation
Handling HR documentation, payroll coordination, and performance management
Implementing operational improvements and maintaining site safety
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (fuel retail preferred)
Strong leadership and staff management capability
Experience with stock control, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
