Key Responsibilities for a Retail Manager:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage staff and foster a positive work environment
• Drive sales and implement effective merchandising strategies

Retail Manager Requirements:

• Horticulture experience is an advantage, but not a necessity
