Key Responsibilities for a Retail Manager:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage staff and foster a positive work environment
• Drive sales and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness
• The ideal candidate will possess an energetic personality, enabling them to easily engage and connect with our target customers
• A creative and entrepreneurial attitude towards plant retailing is essential
Retail Manager Requirements:
• Candidates should be skilled in managing stock from entry to exit within the centre
• Be proficient in using an Epos systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for gardening and customer service
• Horticulture experience is an advantage, but not a necessity
