Job Description
• Coordinate with the Marketing team at the various Franchise partners for the marketing plans and activities
• Review the marketing plans, and provide inputs to bring about alignment with the Corporate Marketing activities
• Collaborate with the Sales team for their inputs on the quarterly marketing plans
• Provide support on creatives, events, product launches and other promotional activities and coordinate regularly to track status on various event specific activities, and follow up to ensure all activities are smooth
• Travel to the franchise partners during various events to provide support, as well as to monitor
• Monitor the targets on enquiries, sales, etc. and provide guidance and inputs to modifying the marketing efforts to fulfil the targets
Plan and implement the marketing budget for the Franchise Partners
• Coordinate with the Franchise partners to get inputs on their long term and short term marketing plans, proposed budget spends, etc.
• Provide key inputs to the retail marketing policy on franchise partner budgets and work with the Head of Marketing for finalizing the policy
• Coordinate with the franchise partners for sign offs on the policy, to ensure their buy in and alignment with the corporate plans
• Thereafter, on a quarterly basis, review and coordinate on the franchise partner budgets and marketing plans for the quarter and monitor the budget implementation and compliance
Ensure achievement of enquiry targets to support sales
• Ensure enquiry generation targets are communicated and clearly understood across the team and at Franchise Partners
• Oversee and ensure monthly planning is in pursuant to the stated targets and supports target achievement
• Monitor and track the status on enquiries generated on an ongoing basis, and provide guidance, inputs and support to the team to ensure that the KPIs are achieved
• Manage administrative activities for the team - like MIS, reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with Sales for inputs on marketing plans and events
• Track all marketing activities and budget utilization at the franchise partners , analyze relevant reports and provide MIS, inputs and recommendations to the Marketing team and senior management
• Ensure compliance to the processes and guidelines of Daimler AG with respect to Marketing, Branding and customer interaction
Effectively Monitor and guide the team
• Monitor the team and ensure effective work allocation to the team members
• Ensure requisite processes, methods and techniques are understood and implemented by the team, and provide them regular feedback
• Regularly communicate with the team members through regular meetings to ensure they are kept informed and updated
• Provide regular coaching and guidance to the team members and motivate the team and foster a spirit of team work
