Job Description
As a Retail Media Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your key responsibilities will include activation & optimisation, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
You will independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting
You will help create professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals & objectives
Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
4+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue
Experience managing complex retail media budgets
Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & can produce high-quality documents).
Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
