Retail Odyssey is seeking reliable and enthusiastic In-Store Merchandisers to join our team. In this role, you will help create a great shopping experience by building displays, resetting shelves, and organizing product inventory at retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
• Build product displays and promotional end caps.
• Reset shelves based on product rotation and planograms.
• Track and organize inventory to optimize product placement.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure store aisles are clean, organized, and shopper-ready.
• Use handheld devices to receive and manage daily tasks.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, moving).
• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
• Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
