The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support our national store network of 400+ locations.
Reporting to the Group Head of Retail Operations, this role is central to keeping our stores running smoothly, supporting systems, communications, reporting and supplier coordination across the business.
This is a fast paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a fixed term position, ending in March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
Support day to day operations across the retail store network
Manage user access, onboarding and system updates (Retail Directions, World Manager)
Coordinate and maintain store communications and key data systems
Provide system support and troubleshoot operational issues for store teams
Process and manage high volume supplier and utility invoices
Liaise with suppliers and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments
Prepare and maintain reporting across POS, retail controls and operations
Maintain store data, contact lists and operational documentation
Assist with process improvements, documentation and training materials
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves solving problems and enjoys supporting teams on the ground.
You’ll bring:
Experience in administration or retail operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Confidence working with systems, data and reporting
Bonus if you have:
Retail experience or exposure to store environments
Experience with POS systems or operational platforms
