Retail Operations Director
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
• Ensure the store appearance is maintained to a high standard, including well-organized displays and efficient stock management.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently, always seeking solutions that meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the shop floor, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock-taking activities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), lifestyle, apparel, or grocery sectors.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Achieving sales targets through effective people management, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
