Responsibilities:
Ensure backend Support to Retail Team.
Collate and Maintain daily Sales MIS Report of Each Retail Touch Point of all Cities and publish it to Management Daily by 11am
Maintain Weekly MIS of Stock Returns, Receivables & Collections from SIS Accounts.
Retail Staff Incentive Program Governance and Calculations end of the month and getting clearance from HR/Accounts.
Create and Update Training Module for Retail Team and ensure Training of New joiners.
Retail Inventory Management -Govern & Formulates pricing policies in Coordination with City Head by reviewing Sales, Competition Activities, Store merchandise activities, determining additional sales promotion, authorization stock clearance and studying trends.
- ABC Analysis – Be a Business Analyst, Bridge the Gap between Retail Stores and Warehouse. Ensure Fast Moving Stocks are Maintained in Stores, Identify Slow moving/Non-Moving Stocks to bring in Strategy to liquidate the EOL Stocks
New Store/SIS Setup for Launch in close coordination with City Heads/Marketing Team and ensure Planogram is followed.
Store Audits – Visit Stores, Check SOPs Adherence, Checklists and Stock Shrinkage and Report to Management
Monitor to optimize Retail logistics costs through well managed operational measures & controls
