Position: Manager - Retail Operations Exp. 5+yrs Location - Ahmedabad Responsibilities A. Sales & Operations B. Performance Monitoring C. Guest Relations D. People Management E. Environment Scrutiny 1. Train staff in effective operations sales techniques to boost business volumes and revenue 2. Conducts regularly quality audits (Structured Unit Visit - SUV/ Checklist) to ensure all units are adhering to Company Standards. 3. To ensure, through team, that guests are being updated on the latest offers and festival. 4. To ensure that customer feedback is being taken and analyzed. Any queries must be resolved and errant guests be pacified. 5. Communicates strategic objectives and ensures implementation of the same by team members. 6.
