During training period company will pay you 60,000/-according to your performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately three months. Daily monitoring following process for driving team through your IC / POSP.

Daily reporting of Achievements.

Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP.

Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management monitoring capabilities.
