As a health and wellness retailer, our in-store teams demonstrate the values and commitment to the highest level of retail excellence that working at Unichem Pharmacy represents. With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases and training programmes, you will be inspired, encouraged and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.
The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree. Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they need your help.
This is a Permanent position, rostered 37.5 Hours across 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.

Retail experience is a must
Pharmacy experience preferred
Experience with Toniq system
Develops connections with people and community
Strong customer focus
Flexible
Driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
A quick learner with a proactive approach
Flexible, adaptable, and empathetic
Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
Excited about pathway opportunities for those motivated to learn
Desirable Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Experience in pharmacy preferred but not necessary
Interest in healthcare / Over The Counter products
Cash handling
Ability to use Toniq retail Point of Sale / proficiency in computers
