Role & Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately.
• Provide customers with correct dosage instructions and general guidance on medicines.
• Maintain stock records, manage inventory, and ensure medicines are stored properly.
• Handle billing and POS system.
• Assist customers with healthcare products and queries.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or prior experience working in a chemist shop.
• Good knowledge of medicines, dosage, and substitutes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
