Heads Up for Tails (Pet Store)
Designation: Sales Advisor/ Senior Sales Advisor
Salary: 12,000 (Freshers)
18,000 (Experienced)
Location : Panampilly nagar, Kochi
Male/Female.
Flexible to work morning shift (10AM-7PM) or evening shift (1PM-10PM) based on assigned weekly roster. Must be willing to work on all weekends and weekly off will be provided to compensate for the weekend.
Job Description:
You will be required to have extremely good knowledge of all the products that we carry (training will be provided), knowledge of our software (training will be provided), extremely good inventory management and tracking skills. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with customers and provide them with the best possible advice for their pets. You are not just a sales advisor; at HUFT, you are a pet parenting partner.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
· Upkeep and maintain VM of the store at all times
· SOPs need to be strictly followed
· Keep track and follow up on customer requirements and special orders
· Conduct daily follow-ups with customers
· Maintain cash and daily sales report
· Meet sales targets and KPI’s
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
