Job Description
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and keen to learn about wines, beers and spirits. The candidate will be required to advise and assist customers on our wide range of products, providing an excellent retail experience focusing on engagement with customers and driving sales.
This full time position will be split between our Antrim and Randalstown shops with a little bit of website/social media work in our office once fully trained with day to day shop work.
The role will be a mix of morning, evening & weekend shifts. The individual will do a wide range of tasks on a daily basis from lifting, carrying, stocking, assisting customers, co-hosting tasting events, dealing with online customer enquiries and researching new products. The candidate must be an enthusiastic and outgoing person who is keen to learn. WSET Level 1 & Level 2 training will be provided with the option to enter customer service, retail and retail management course for any candidate aged between 18-24. Candidates 25+ will need to discuss with our selves any courses they wish to do and we will certainly be open to making enquiries with training organisations.
We will prioritise the right attitude over qualifications as full time training will be given.
This role is a very fast paced, ever changing role in line with current trends. A very interesting career for the right individual.

Clean drivers licenece preferred with confidence to drive company van.
