Today we are Involved in the manufacturing of leading Non-Alcoholic Products such as Perfume Oil, Air Freshener, Body Lotion, Body Spray and our Exotic Collections of Bakhoor.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our perfume retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fragrances, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing the brand’s image and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and provide personalised fragrance consultations.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and related products.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and gift sets.
2. Product Knowledge
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all perfumes, ingredients, and new launches.
Educate customers on fragrance notes, longevity, and proper usage.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
3. Store Operations
Ensure proper visual merchandising and product displays.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the store.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Assist in stock audits and inventory management.
4. Brand Representation
Uphold brand image and customer experience standards.
Participate in in-store promotions, sampling events, and brand campaigns.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1–3 years of retail sales experience (perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred). or any retail experience would work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Presentable, confident, and passionate about fragrances.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
