Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Assistant at Warp 'n Weft by Sagrika Rai located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks associated with retail sales. These tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, establishing customer relationships, and maintaining store presentation standards. Qualifications • Customer Service and Communication skills • Retail Sales and Sales experience • Customer Experience expertise • Ability to maintain and exceed individual sales goals • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Prior experience in luxury retail is a plus • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in any field Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
