. Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order.
2. Interaction with the customers.
3. Answer customers questions about specific products/services
4. Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)
5. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers.
6. Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively.
7. Must check the quality and quantity of the product which is brought into the warehouse need to verify it depending on the order made initially.
8. Achieving sales target.
9. Inform customer about discounts and specific promotions.
10. Stock keeping & Management.
11. Welcome each customer to the store and offer help as needed
12. Responsible for assigned sales targets.
13. Providing excellent shopping environment to customers and generating maximum sale
14. Developing and sustaining friendly relationship with customers.
15. Informing customers about new product arrivals, offers.
