Job Description
kybun | Joya is a comfort shoe shop in South Molton Street, W1K 5RT. The shop sells just two premium shoe brands, Kybun & Joya, built on Swiss technology both brands offer comfort, style and in many cases pain relief.
We have two positions available, a full time (5 days per week) and a part time (3 days per week), this includes weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work to a rota.
We operate 7 days a week, 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sundays.
Your responsibilities include (not limited to);
• greeting customers
• maintaining a clean and tidy shop
• measuring customers feet and assessing pressure points (using pressure plate software)
• selling shoes and upselling accessories, socks & cleaning products
• keeping a tidy stock room
• tracking inventory
• administrative duties, responding to emails, answering telephone/voicemails
• liaising with foot health professionals
• promoting the benefits of the shoes
• promoting and maintaining the good name of the business
