We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales floor team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
Participate in visual merchandising activities to create an attractive and inviting store display
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential
Good communication skills and a positive attitude are a must
You should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects (up to 10 kg)
