Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Douglas Carroll Salon/Spa. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service while promoting our high end fashion clothing and accessories.
Responsibilities
Partner with the owner to create a productive atmosphere in which customers enjoy their shopping experience
Mirror Jbat's brand aesthetic and represent a strong sense of fashion and positive attitude
Maintaining visual standards, maintenance and merchandising that embodies the brand
Must be confident in a fast paced environment
Creates a proactive selling culture in order to build a loyal client following
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
Follows up on expected tasks to ensure objectives are met
Skilled in social media marketing
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
