Hiring Retail Sales Associate for Apparel Brand
Minimum 2-3 experience in Premium Brand
Be able to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Capable to learn and unlearn and relearn store practices
Highly driven, energetic, and being a team player
Sell, upsell and cross sell based on customer requirement
Clearly communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before
pitching products
Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring
customers.
Report daily sales to HQ
Good Communication Skill, Excellent understanding of Customer Serviceuire
Requirement
Excellent Listening skills and Good Verbal Communication skills.
Excellent customer service and People skills
Upselling / Cross Selling and meeting sales goals
General Retail knowhow including but not limited to visual merchandising,
product knowledge, strong communication skills and being goal oriented.
+hrs Shift which includes 1hr break (rotational shift)
Morning Shift: 10am - 7pm,
Mid Shift: 11:30am - 8:30pm,
Closing Shift: 1pm -10pm
1 week off per week (between Monday to Thursday)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
