Retail Sales Associate - Fit Expert - Keyholder

The fit expert role is to learn all the products that we carry and work to fit the customer in the correct boot and help them select the right size. There is a small amount of paperwork to do and cleaning around the store during the quieter times. We are looking for someone that has a willingness to learn, a great work ethic, strong communication skills, solid English, and who wants to be a part of a great team. This position will be initially about 20-30 hours a week, but we can be flexible. We need someone who is available Saturdays and Sundays. Shoe sales experience is a bonus but is not necessary, we can teach you all the skills needed, you just need to have a willingness to engage with customers on the sales floor. Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven track record in retail sales
- Ability to effectively engage with customers
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Upselling and customer service expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.50 per hour
