Position: RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Timing: Monday 5th May to Saturday 10th May
Location: Based in Melbourne city
Reporting to: Event Manager
Showcase is the UK’s fastest growing physical off-price and warehouse sale partner working with premium luxury brands like, Stella McCartney, Bally, and Mulberry to run flash/pop up sales. We are now setting ourselves up for success in Australia, with a series of pop-up warehouse sales in Melbourne.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic retail customer service/ stock assistant on a casual basis, to join our team based in Prahran Melbourne. Within this role you will assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of a warehouse sale event including but not limited to; stock management and replenishment, till handling, cloakroom and queue management and most importantly client and customer service.
Working within a strong and friendly team, in a role where teamwork is key, you will be required to have the ability to build good relationships and have a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting in all aspects of event preparation and execution
Assisting in loading in and out of stock
Communicating and coordinating with other team members to ensure completion of job requirements.
Excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas on shop floor
Use initiative and being helpful for the overall success of our event
Assist in the management of stock control and distribution
Key Skills
Ability to work and perform under pressure
Diligence and attention to detail when completing a task
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You must be self-motivated, show initiative, confident and a strong team-player
Physical stamina, high energy levels and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Retail experience is beneficial but not necessary

Pay: $28.86 – $32.06 per hour
