Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Collaborate with teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Sales Revenue: Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Conversion Rate: Maintaining a high rate of converting leads to sales.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of customer happiness.
• New Customer Acquisition: Increasing the number of new customers.
Key Performance Review (KPR):Performance reviews will consider sales achievements, product knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, and proactivity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
