Coshm Retail Store is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Female candidates preferred
