We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate/yard assistant/delivery driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Assist in yard when needed
assists with deliveries when needed
must be able to work Saturdays
must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract
Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Experience in retail sales, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with technical or technology sales is a plus.
Strong cash handling abilities and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer needs.
