Be the face of RAA, providing real-time solutions to our valued members
Casual position based at our West Lakes store
May 26th commencement, $41.1+ per hour

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference? If so, we want you to join our team! Reporting to the West Lakes Shop Manager, you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
In addition, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.
Hours
Full-time training from May 26th – June 4th
After training you will be working approximately 15-20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.
About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
A genuine passion for helping others.
Proficient with the use of computers.
A passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
