THE ROLE…

We’re on the hunt for a Retail Sales Consultant who knows how to sell with heart and hustle. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be at the frontline of delivering unforgettable experiences – from welcoming tradies and renovators to inspiring first-time home stylers.
Within this role, you'll be responsible for:
Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day
Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty
Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers
Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress
Becoming a product guru through hands-on training and demos
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM..
We’re looking for someone who brings genuine positivity and energy to the team, stays motivated to succeed, and is always curious to learn and grow. With a passion for people and a drive to keep building your industry know-how, you'll become a trusted expert who makes a real difference every day.
Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role
A knack for meeting (and beating!) sales goals
An eye for detail when it comes to merchandising and presentation
A calm, thoughtful approach to solving problems on the go
The ability to connect easily with people and build genuine rapport
A forklift licence or willingness to get one
Great communication skills – you're clear, friendly, and easy to understand
Comfortable using technology and staying on top of admin with ease
