Job Summary
Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customer’s requirement.
Introduce various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer’s buying decision.
Prepare the estimate of the products selected and completing the sales transaction through PDA device.
Appropriate Packing of Products according to the Product Category.
Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section.
Promote and enrol customers in Schemes, highlighting and promoting its benefits.
Supporting customers in scheme opening process.
Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.
Monitor the stock in the section and ensure adequate stock for sales.
Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimise the same.
Support store in Stock Management for periodic stock taking and weighing.
Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter free from dust and dirt daily.
Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day; maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers and communicate promptly to the superiors about any potential theft.
Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
Maintain stock account and tally the closing stock with accounts; responsible for periodic replenishment of the stock by placing stock order through OMS.
Support sales team for collection of cash and card transactions from customers.
Achieve category wise sales target; support the Sales team to handle customer in case of any need, educate the customer for up- sell and cross- sell.
Interact with customers and understand their requirements and ensure that they are served as per Organizational guidelines.
Coordinate with visual merchandising team and ensure display of the products in the respective store is in line with the organizational standards.
