Retail sales executive

Full job description

Greet customers and identify their needs to provide assistance with product selection.

Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Manage inventory levels, replenish stock, and ensure displays are well-organized.

Process sales transactions accurately via POS systems.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Keep up-to-date with promotions, policies, and product launches.

Support visual merchandising and promotional activities.

Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
