JD - Must be graduate & have knowledge of Cross-sell products, Ensure racks are fully stocked, Manage returns of merchandise, Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service, Understanding of the retail sales process, Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures, Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
