We're looking for a Sales-driven Retail Sales Executive / Counter Sales Executive / Fashion Stylist / Consultant / Advisor This role will be responsible for engaging with our customers to provide an exceptional experience in-store. Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with a Retail Sales retailing / designer as the same position. Location: Hyderabad - Telangana Description: • Must have good experience in Wedding Collection / Ethnic Couture brand • All the experience can be in Ethnic or Official / formals wear. • Rich experience in retail Passionate for Sales, Designer wear and Customer service, understanding customer buying behavior, Great understanding & Knowledge about fabric and fashion trends. • Good soft spoken with great command over Hindi, English & Telugu • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. • Converting walking customers into sales Responsibilities: • Help clients with advising designing their collection on basis of their tastes and preferences. · Building a strong customer relationship. Identify customer needs and provide end to end product knowledge. • Understanding of fabrics and customizations and conveying the same to clients • Understand customer issues over time and develop solutions to pre-empt customer needs and questions • Updating system with orders, customer details and communicating with the production team on order fulfilment. • Provide customer service to customers by email and phone as and when required. • Liaise with the in-store master tailors to take measurements and fix individual customer issues SKILLS- · Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. · Target oriented & Sales driven. · Go getter attitude. · A good team player
