Title of the Position: Sales Executive
Area: Front-line Sales Operations

Qualification & Experience: Intermediate with 2-8 years of experience in Retail Sales

Purpose:
Act as a Sales Associate for the assigned Category/Brand in achieving Sales targets as per the sales plan leading to Customer delight.
Job Responsibilities:
❖ Promoting the Brands from his/her portfolio.
❖ Achieving sales targets in his/her shift for the assigned product category.
❖ To follow the sales plan and instructions of the DM/ADM/TL.
❖ Strictly follow the baggage allowances/ LAG rules with respect to sales.
❖ Help customers to select the products as per their requirements.
❖ Answer queries related to products and processes.
❖ Taking feedback with respect to products and other aspects.
❖ To support the TL & Merchandisers in maintaining the stock displays as per suggested planograms.
❖ To support in price ticketing and offer communication display.
❖ To replenish stocks regularly between flight breaks.
❖ To maintain track of GWP’s and issues as per instructions.
❖ To coordinate with House Keeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned section.
