Seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive, jewellery industry
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
• Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products based on their preferences and interests.
• Handle cash management duties, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate cash registers, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in visual merchandising activities, ensuring that product displays are attractive, well-organized, and effectively showcase the variety .
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise on the shop floor, and maintain a tidy and visually appealing store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features, enabling you to provide valuable information and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, actively participate in promotional events, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
• Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a toy store or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tasks such as stock management and basic data analysis.
• Good reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide suitable solutions to customer queries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing effectively.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons as required.
