Retail sales executive is a professional who works in a retail environment to sell products to customers.
They assist customers in finding and purchasing the products they need, and they may also be responsible for stocking shelves and maintaining the appearance of the store.
They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
• Provide product information and answer questions about the products.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain the appearance of the store.
• Keep track of inventory and order products as needed.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Meet sales targets and goals.
• Upsell and crosssell products to increase sales revenue.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Prior retail experience of 13 years preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology.
• Familiarity with the products being sold.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales strategies.
Salary:
₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
