Responsibilities To greet customer in the store on their arrivalTo identify customer needs and provide necessary assistanceTo present products/apparels as per customers requirement To convert potential customers and generate leadTo ensure customers carry only three garments at a time in trial roomResponsible to generate and achieve sales target for companyTo ensure merchandised is neatly displayed, arranged, and organized on racks all the timeTo send photos of merchandise display on whatsapp group as per company policyTo send brand sales report daily on concerned whatsapp group as per companys policyTo change merchandise on display mannequins from time to timeTo write details of stock received at the store for purchase To stick barcodes on the merchandise as per SOP of companyTo enroll maximum customer in Pintoos loyalty programTo note down customers contact information in case of non-availability of stock and call the customer after stock replenishmentTo arrange for photos of merchandise from other branches on whatsapp as per customer requirementTo show merchandise to customers on video call as per customer requirementsTo ensure counters are cluttered free, garments are folded and well arranged all the timeTo enhance customer experience by providing excellent serviceRequirements / Eligibility criteria Only male candidatesEducationHSC passedExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferredSkillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and convincing Should be result orientedAbility to work and achieve targets under pressureAbility to handle customers professionally Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati
