We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Retail Sales executive to help us build up our business activities. He will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. • Job Responsibilities: - • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase retail sales of cable and wire products. • Lead, mentor, and manage the retail sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted promotional campaigns. • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights for decisionmaking. • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to enhance brand loyalty.
