We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives / Home Consultants to join our retail team. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their home-related needs, and offering suitable product or design solutions while delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers visiting the store or studio in a professional manner
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or home solutions
* Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability clearly
* Ensure attractive store presentation, proper product displays, and regular inventory checks
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
* Handle billing processes, customer queries, and basic after-sales follow-ups when required
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Candidate Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-centric mindset with a pleasant and professional personality
* Prior experience in retail sales, home décor, furniture, or furnishing is an added advantage
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
* Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off
