About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Offer exceptional customer service and represent the Framebazaar brand in our retail stores
2. Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
3. Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omnichannel operations
4. Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail associates
5. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail associates to do the same
6. Coordinate in-store events with the Framebazaar marketing team
7. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
8. Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
