Job Summary: The Retail Sales Head is a person who is self driven and highly focused on execution. S/he will get an opportunity to be part of a core team in a company which is growing exponentially. S/he will be working with the company management on a day to day basis to drive the sales strategy and execution on the ground level. Responsibilities and duties: • Sales growth of designated products and / or areas • Managing field sales team and their day to day operations • Managing retail network (dealers, distributors, trade agents, etc.) across designated areas • Maintaining customer satisfaction index • Gathering market feedback • Designing and executing various ATL & BTL marketing activities, promotions, attending trade events, etc. • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain sales to dispatch tracking • Reporting to and aligning with company management Skills : • The ideal candidate will be proficient in selling premium products in a commodity market. • S/he will have a knack for engaging with trade people to identify pain points, gather market intelligence and establish personal relationships. • S/he can manage teams of up to 10 people, assign responsibilities, perform appraisals and provide constructive feedback. • S/he will have a passion for engaging with customers on various topics and will be comfortable travelling to manage the trade network. • S/he must be easy for people to connect to and should be the first choice for people to call in case of any problems, even if they are not related to the product theyare selling. Experience: • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience • Minimum 1 year of managing a team • Experience in Indian water tank companies such as Sintex, Vectus, Ashirvad will be an added advantage Qualifications: • MBA Sales and Marketing • Engineering or technical / polymer / plastics background will be an added advantage Contact No : 8956289165 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Benefits: • Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: • Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: • Retail sales: 5 years (Required) Language: • English (Required) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
