Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales Target as per the annual budget plan
• Increase the penetration through starting new outlets as per the annual budget plan
• Drive Sales volume and value in existing counters, increase frequency of bill cuts to meet desired objectives, drive loyalty management programme (KC+KD coil scanning)
• Plan & execute BTL Marketing activity plan as per the annual budget plan (Nukkad, Mela, etc)
• Perform Market Visit as per the beat plan and necessary working in Field Assist
• Perform weekly, monthly, Annual Sales and marketing activity reports as per management requirement
Technical Competencies
• Understanding of Cables & wires, Electrical Retail Market, Product knowledge
• Additional Exposure to Switch Industry preferable
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel And PPT
Behavioral Competencies
• Optimistic, Self-Motivated and display skills of a Good team player
• Willingness to work in market by Bike
• Candidate should be currently working in Virar to Naigaon Area since 2 Years
• Energetic, Passionate, Sincere and disciplined
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adapt to multi-tasking
