Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Retail Sales Manager / Wellness Activity Specialist to lead field-based sales and community outreach for wellness initiatives—such as the “100 for 100 Club”. This role involves engaging local communities, securing enrollments, and reinforcing One Health Assist’s brand presence at events and public venues.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Enrollment: Visit gyms, retail spaces, and community hubs to drive sign-ups and hit daily/weekly targets.
Brand Promotion: Present wellness programs and distribute marketing materials at seminars and events.
Partnership Outreach: Build relationships with fitness centers, retailers, corporate groups, and community organizations.
Wellness Events: Assist in planning and executing fitness challenges, free health consults, and promotional events on-site.
Tracking & Reporting: Log daily sales activity and enrollments; prepare regular performance summaries.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience in field or retail sales, preferably in wellness or community outreach.
Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable working in field environments across Mumbai.
Able to travel locally and manage a dynamic daily schedule.
Proficient in using MS Office or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Preferred Experience
Experience forging partnerships with gyms, retail stores, or community groups.
Background in event coordination or community engagement initiatives .
